A native of North Carolina, Amy has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries and is the the co-founder and broker of 4 ACRE Realty LLC and 4 ACRE Funding. Her strong background in finance, sales and real estate gives Amy a competitive edge – she’s always up-to-date on financing guidelines.
In 2003, Amy earned her real estate license and went straight into the mortgage industry working for a company in Maitland. After a year and a half, Amy became an Account Executive for a division of AIG wholesaling mortgage products. By 2007, she started selling real estate and originating mortgages with Florida Realty Investment and Absolute Home Loan Services, respectively.
With her extensive knowledge, Amy specializes in representing first-time buyers and providing them with the extra support and expertise that they often seek.
As a wife and mother to three children, Amy understands the importance of family and incorporates that value into every real estate need for her clients.
A Florida native and fourth generation real estate entrepreneur, is the co-founder of 4 ACRE Realty LLC, along with his partner and wife, Amy Fouraker. While Amy leads the residential and mortgage division, Nicholas serves as the CEO of 4 ACRE Commercial. With ten years of experience in commercial real estate. Nicholas’ exceptional market knowledge and creative negotiation skills have distinguished him as a leader in the Central Florida commercial real estate community.
Previously, Nicholas worked with Craig Ustler at CitiSpace Orlando, Colliers International one of the world’s leading firms. First Capital Property Group, and BishopBeale.
With BishopBeale Nicholas created and led the firm’s office team, providing transactional services..As a result of his success BishopBeale began expanding corporate services into new markets, throughout North Carolina, Washington D.C., Rhode Island, and California.
Although Nicholas has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of $150 million, he firmly believes his success lies in the relationships – not the transactions – that he creates and nurtures with his clients.
