While Amy leads the residential and mortgage division, Nicholas serves as the CEO of 4 ACRE Commercial. With ten years of experience in commercial real estate. Nicholas’ exceptional market knowledge and creative negotiation skills have distinguished him as a leader in the Central Florida commercial real estate community.
Previously, Nicholas worked with Craig Ustler at CitiSpace Orlando, Colliers International one of the world’s leading firms. First Capital Property Group, and BishopBeale.
With BishopBeale Nicholas created and led the firm’s office team, providing transactional services..As a result of his success BishopBeale began expanding corporate services into new markets, throughout North Carolina, Washington D.C., Rhode Island, and California.
Although Nicholas has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of $150 million, he firmly believes his success lies in the relationships – not the transactions – that he creates and nurtures with his clients.
