NICK FOURAKER, CCIM

Founder

Nicholas Fouraker (“Nick”) a Florida native and real estate entrepreneur, is the founder & President of 4 ACRE Commercial and Property Services. With 16 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, 7 of which as of owner of the 4 ACRE brand. His exceptional market knowledge and creative negotiation skills have distinguished him as a leader in the Central Florida commercial real estate community. In 2020, he added property management to expand services to existing clients while creating more opportunities for the brand to continue its evolution in the market. Since this addition, the company has seen double digit year over year growth. Nick is proud to call himself a UCF Alumni graduating with a degree in finance. He also holds a degree from Valencia College.

Previously, Nicholas worked with Craig Ustler at CitiSpace Orlando, Colliers International one of the world’s leading firms. First Capital Property Group, and BishopBeale.

With BishopBeale Nicholas created and led the firm’s office team, providing transactional services..As a result of his success BishopBeale began expanding corporate services into new markets, throughout North Carolina, Washington D.C., Rhode Island, and California.

Although Nicholas has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of $150 million, he firmly believes his success lies in the relationships – not the transactions – that he creates and nurtures with his clients.

Trey Dyer

Advisor

Trey Dyer was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. in 2012 with a degree in broadcast journalism before returning home to begin his career. After interning with Florida Citrus Sports and the Central Florida Sports Commission, Trey helped found his own business called Get Local FL – a company that specialized in traveling planning services for unique Florida experiences – before moving to Launch That LLC for a marketing and business development role. Most recently, Trey worked as a corporate engagement advisor for the Orlando Economic Partnership supporting businesses and economic development efforts across the Orlando Region.

Garrett Gleiter

Garrett Gleiter is a native of Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. Before attending UCF, he played collegiate baseball at the University of West Florida. After graduation, he began his career in Title Insurance sales with a National Title company. He was the number one salesperson in Central Florida in 2021, with over one thousand transactions. He brings systematic approaches to assist his clients in creative ways to maximize their opportunities. In addition to his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license, he holds a Title Insurance License and is a Notary Public.

COLIN CHOU

Advisor

Colin Chou, a Florida native, is a 2019 graduate from the University of Central Florida. He graduated magna cumme laude with a double degree in both Finance and Real Estate. Now as an Advisor at 4 Acre Commercial Real Estate, he focuses on investment sales and data management, allowing him to provide up to date specialized analytics and in depth metrics necessary to predict market trends and underwrite investments.
