Although Nicholas has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of $150 million, he firmly believes his success lies in the relationships – not the transactions – that he creates and nurtures with his clients.

COLIN CHOU
Colin Chou, a UCF graduate and Florida native, joined the company in 2019. Originally joining 4 Acre Commercial as a research analyst and later becoming an Advisor of the firm, his focus is primarily investment sales and land transactions. In addition to him being an Advisor, he is the head of operations and a partner of 4 Acre Property Services, a full-service property management company designed to cater to the needs of any commercial property owner.
Because of his experience in managing over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate, Colin is able to proactively anticipates unforeseen expenses and potential threats while underwriting the acquisitions, holds, and dispositions of any property.
