Although Nicholas has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of $150 million, he firmly believes his success lies in the relationships – not the transactions – that he creates and nurtures with his clients.

TREY DYER
Trey Dyer was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. in 2012 with a degree in broadcast journalism before returning home to begin his career. Trey spent time with Florida Citrus Sports and the Central Florida Sports Commission, before founding his own business, Get Local FL – a company that specialized in traveling planning services for unique Florida experiences. His foundation in real estate began at the Orlando Economic Partnership where he was the top producer in his role each year he was there. While there, he worked as a corporate engagement advisor to support businesses and economic development efforts across the Orlando Region. Trey now specializes in industrial real estate with his passion centered on helping landlords and investors grow their wealth and assets through industrial transactions.
GARRETT GLEITER
Advisor
Garrett Gleiter is a native of Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. Before attending UCF, he played collegiate baseball at the University of West Florida. After graduation, he began his career in Title Insurance sales with a National Title company. He was the number one salesperson in Central Florida in 2021, with over one thousand transactions. He brings systematic approaches to assist his clients in creative ways to maximize their opportunities. In addition to his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license, he holds a Title Insurance License and is a Notary Public.
COLIN CHOU
Colin Chou, a Florida native, is a 2019 graduate from the University of Central Florida. He graduated magna cumme laude with a double degree in both Finance and Real Estate. Now as an Advisor at 4 Acre Commercial Real Estate, he focuses on investment sales and data management, allowing him to provide up to date specialized analytics and in depth metrics necessary to predict market trends and underwrite investments.

Natalee Gleiter recently joined 4 ACRE as a Managing Director. She has been routinely recognized as a top producer in the real estate industry and has established a reputation over her 25+ year career for successfully negotiating win-win situations for her clients and communities alike.
Natalee has closed more than $700 million in commercial real estate transactions and was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for almost 20 years. At JLL, Natalee’s primary responsibilities were in agency leasing and new business development for the Central Florida region.
NICK FOURAKER, CCIM
Nicholas Fouraker (“Nick”) a Florida native and real estate entrepreneur, is the founder & CEO of 4 ACRE Commercial and Property Services. With 16 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, 7 of which as of owner of the 4 ACRE brand. His exceptional market knowledge and creative negotiation skills have distinguished him as a leader in the Central Florida commercial real estate community. In 2020, he added property management to expand services to existing clients while creating more opportunities for the brand to continue its evolution in the market. Since this addition, the company has seen double digit year over year growth.
