Trey Dyer was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. in 2012 with a degree in broadcast journalism before returning home to begin his career. After interning with Florida Citrus Sports and the Central Florida Sports Commission, Trey helped found his own business called Get Local FL – a company that specialized in traveling planning services for unique Florida experiences – before moving to Launch That LLC for a marketing and business development role. Most recently, Trey worked as a corporate engagement advisor for the Orlando Economic Partnership supporting businesses and economic development efforts across the Orlando Region.
Garrett Gleiter is a native of Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. Before attending UCF, he played collegiate baseball at the University of West Florida. After graduation, he began his career in Title Insurance sales with a National Title company. He was the number one salesperson in Central Florida in 2021, with over one thousand transactions. He brings systematic approaches to assist his clients in creative ways to maximize their opportunities. In addition to his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license, he holds a Title Insurance License and is a Notary Public.
Colin Chou, a Florida native, is a 2019 graduate from the University of Central Florida. He graduated magna cumme laude with a double degree in both Finance and Real Estate. Now as an Advisor at 4 Acre Commercial Real Estate, he focuses on investment sales and data management, allowing him to provide up to date specialized analytics and in depth metrics necessary to predict market trends and underwrite investments.
Natalee Gleiter recently joined 4 ACRE as a Managing Director. She has been routinely recognized as a top producer in the real estate industry and has established a reputation over her 25+ year career for successfully negotiating win-win situations for her clients and communities alike. Natalee has closed more than $700 million in commercial real estate transactions and was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for almost 20 years. At JLL, Natalee’s primary responsibilities were in agency leasing and new business development for the Central Florida region.
