By providing your phone number and opting in via our web forms, you agree to receive recurring automated and/or manual SMS/MMS messages from 4 ACRE.

3. Types of Communications

  • Subscribers may receive messages including, but not limited to:
  • Responses to property inquiries.
  • Appointment and tour reminders.
  • Property management updates or maintenance coordination.
  • Follow-up communications regarding real estate transactions


Example: 'Hi [Name], this is [Agent] from 4 ACRE. I have the details on the commercial listing you requested. Are you available for a brief call at 2:00 PM today? Reply STOP to opt out.'


4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month during active inquiries.


5. Cost


4 ACRE does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.



6. Support/Help

To receive assistance, reply HELP to any of our messages or email admin@4acre.com.



7. Opt-Out/Unsubscribe

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final text confirming your opt-out. You may also contact us at 407-601-1466 to be manually removed.
