Colin Chou, a Florida native, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in both Real Estate and Finance. Now as the Operations Manager at 4 Acre Property Services, he focuses on providing unparalleled client first customer service with result driven production. Colin’s exceptional product knowledge allows him to provide up to date specialized analytics and in depth metrics necessary to run properties at their highest efficiencies.

Ross M. Burke serves as the Property Manager for 4Acre Commercial Realty Services. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Ross relocated to the Orlando area in 2006. His extensive knowledge of property management comes from his impressive resume filled with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Ross is excited to provide clients here at 4Acre with top notch representation and expertise as together they conquer the field of Commercial Property Management together. He prides himself on his accomplishments, such as, obtaining title of eagle scout, being an Army Reservist and holding multiple board positions with the CFHLA.
