With BishopBeale Nicholas created and led the firm’s office team, providing transactional services..As a result of his success BishopBeale began expanding corporate services into new markets, throughout North Carolina, Washington D.C., Rhode Island, and California.
Although Nicholas has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of $150 million, he firmly believes his success lies in the relationships – not the transactions – that he creates and nurtures with his clients.

Daniel Butts
Daniel Butts brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, property management, and organizational leadership to his role as President of 4 ACRE Commercial. He leads the firm’s strategic growth and brokerage operations while continuing to advise owners, investors, developers, and occupiers throughout Central Florida and across the state. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. A longtime member of the Central Florida business community, he has served in leadership and volunteer roles with the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, the City of Winter Park, the Winter Park Public Library, the YMCA of Central Florida, and All Saints Episcopal Church, and he is active in ICSC, ULI, and NAIOP.
